Our industry has come full circle with regards to support references. Now the OEMs are more hard pressed than even a third party maintenance provider to come up with local references. Don’t believe us? Ask them!

Checking references is the best thing you could do for your company when considering a support organization. If you do get local references you still have to be careful. A lot of times the actual references they provide you are accounts that they have wined and dined therefore the information that you are receiving could be tainted. You have to ask tough questions and talk to a lot of companies in order to discover the facts.

We are a much better support organization than your OEM but talk is cheap. We would rather you discover the truth for yourself by speaking directly with our customers. Every one of our customers will gladly be a reference for you and you will discover that our performance stands alone and speaks for itself.

Times have changed. The old adage that “no one ever got fired by keeping their support with the OEM” isn’t true anymore. Companies are switching OEMs because of poor support experiences and increased downtime and with that it can also mean a changing of the guard.
